JOR Consultancy Ltd was incorporated at Companies House on 20 March 2018 as a private company limited by shares, with its registered office in London (N1).
We are a London-based consultancy operating under two registered activities: professional, scientific and technical consultancy (SIC 74909) and construction of domestic buildings (SIC 41202). In practice, that means we help clients think through residential projects clearly before they commit, and support them through delivery.
The firm is deliberately small. Every mandate is handled by the director, which keeps responsibility clear and decisions quick.
Director-led. You deal with the person doing the work, from first conversation to completion.
Honest about scope. We say what we will do, what we won't, and what it will cost ā in writing ā before we start.
Discreet. Project details stay between us. We do not use client names publicly without written permission.
Independent. We are not tied to any contractor, supplier or product. Our recommendations serve the client, not a referral chain.
