Three overlapping areas of work, grounded in our two Companies House activities (SIC 74909 and 41202).
From initial feasibility through tender and site oversight โ specification support, cost sanity-checks, programme reviews and quality assurance for new-builds and refurbishments of domestic buildings.
Scoping, feasibility studies, independent reviews and expert input where a client needs a disciplined outside opinion before taking a decision.
Programme, risk, supplier coordination and reporting for small-to-mid property and construction programmes, acting as the client's representative throughout.
We provide consultancy and project-management services. We are not a chartered firm of architects, surveyors or engineers, and we do not provide regulated financial, legal or audit services. Where a project needs any of those, we work alongside the client's authorised advisers and will say clearly when a specialist is needed.
We decline work that is outside our competence or that would compromise the independence we offer other clients.
Introductory calls are free and strictly confidential.
